Apply now Δ Job description A Atlas NextWave está em busca de um(a) Técnico(a) de Segurança do Trabalho para atuar onshore , apoiando a gestão de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente (HSE) da empresa e garantindo a conformidade com requisitos legais, normativos e corporativos. Responsabilidades Principais: Apoiar e executar atividades relacionadas à área de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente (HSE) da empresa. Conduzir Safety Conversations / DDS (Diálogo Diário de Segurança) e promover ações de conscientização e cultura de segurança. Acompanhar e apoiar temas de Saúde Ocupacional, incluindo gestão de afastamentos médicos e acompanhamento do PCMSO. Atuar como ponto focal para certificações e conformidade, incluindo: Certificações ISO MLC - Maritime Labour Convention Auditorias internas, externas e de clientes Apoiar e acompanhar temas relacionados a Building Safety, CAR e ERL. Gerenciar e controlar documentação marítima e requisitos aplicáveis das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs). Realizar treinamentos, palestras e campanhas de segurança sempre que necessário. Dar suporte às áreas internas: Commercial (BIDs) - suporte em temas de HSE para propostas comerciais. Operacional - suporte em documentação e requisitos de HSE. Atuar como focal point para sistemas internos de gestão, incluindo fornecedores. Manter atualizado o sistema de monitoramento de requisitos legais, garantindo aderência às exigências regulatórias aplicáveis. Apoiar e participar de auditorias e iniciativas de melhoria contínua em HSE. Requisitos: Formação técnica em Segurança do Trabalho, com registro ativo como TST. Experiência prévia em empresas do setor marítimo, offshore ou de navegação. Inglês avançado ou fluente, devido à interação com equipes internacionais. Conhecimento em: Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) Gestão de HSE Sistemas de gestão e certificações (ISO / MLC) Diferenciais Experiência com auditorias de certificação e compliance. Vivência com sistemas de gestão de requisitos legais. Experiência com operações offshore ou marítimas.
